You can never go wrong with peanut butter cookies, but add some banana, chocolate chips and walnuts and you have one yummy combo! Here try it.
Peanut Butter Banana Cookies (with walnuts and chocolate chips)
Yields 2 dozen*
Ingredients:
1.5 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 small banana mashed
1/3 brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup peanut butter (I used creamy)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips*
1.4 cup chopped walnuts*
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Spray non-stick spray onto cookie sheets
Mix together banana, brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, egg and vanilla.
Add in flour and baking soda.
Add in walnuts and chocolate chips (optional)
Shape dough into one inch balls and place them on a cookie sheet.
Use a fork and make a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 9-10 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool on wire racks then chow down!
